Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping Times
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days from the date your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. You can track your order at any time here: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=[NUMBER]
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at support@tryauriala.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address, and Auriala cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please reach out to us at support@tryauriala.com . We will investigate with our shipping partner and, if your package is confirmed lost, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
